Scheduling & Payment Policy

At Freeman Wellness and Aesthetics, we strive to provide the highest quality care and service to our patients. As a small business, it is essential for us to maintain financial stability to continue offering our specialized treatments and services. 

By requiring full payment upfront and enforcing our rescheduling and late arrival policies, we can better manage our resources and ensure that appointment slots remain available for all patients. This approach helps us minimize last-minute cancellations and no-shows, which can significantly impact our ability to serve you and others effectively. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a thriving practice dedicated to your wellness and aesthetic needs.

Policy

1. At Freeman Wellness and Aesthetics, we require full payment for the visit upfront at the time of scheduling the appointment.
2. Patients can change their appointment date and time up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. 
3. After the 24-hour mark, rescheduling will no longer be possible, and the payment will be forfeited. 
4. Patients who are more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled visit will have their appointment considered canceled and will forfeit their payment.
