We provide specialized care for men's health issues such as low testosterone, fatigue, low libido, weight gain, vitamin deficiencies, erectile dysfunction, and prostate health. For your convenience and confidentiality, visits are conducted virtually by phone or computer.
Initial visit to Establish care, review medical history, symptoms, order labs, discuss treatment options. This appointment will include a 1-2 week follow up phone call to review labs and discuss medications (This follow-up is included in the $140.00 price)
Patients will be seen 4 weeks after the start of medications to discuss medication satisfaction, dose adjustments, questions/concerns, and obtain medication refills.
*After this visit patients will be seen every 3 months or before if needed or requested.
Established patients will be seen every 3 months to discuss treatment results obtain lab work and medication refills.
Patients must be seen at least every 3 months.
*More frequent visits may be necessary initially until a desired dose/regimen is established.
